Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and respect for diverse perspectives.
Required Qualifications
A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this role. A TET or CTET certificate is highly preferred to demonstrate teaching eligibility.
Experience in teaching Hindi to students in the age group of 6-12 years is essential. At least two years of teaching experience is required.
A strong command of Hindi language and literature, including grammar, poetry, and cultural aspects, is necessary.
Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational tools is beneficial for effective classroom instruction.
