NTT English Teacher Job in Kota, Rajasthan | School Recruitment
Role Summary

What You Will Do

Prepare monthly unit plans aligned to CBSE guidelines and ensure lesson plans are submitted on time to the academic coordinator. Organize class libraries and reading corners to promote independent reading habits among young learners.
Train and guide NTT assistants in classroom management techniques specific to English language teaching. Conduct demonstration lessons for junior teachers to improve their delivery of English content.
Analyze board exam patterns and incorporate writing skills practice accordingly. Identify weak areas in student comprehension and design remedial activities during remedial classes.
Collaborate with senior English teachers to develop resource kits for storytelling and vocabulary building. Oversee the conduct of inter-house English recitation and elocution competitions in the school.
Review and update teaching aids and digital content for English classes weekly. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, marks, and participation in English activities.
Participate in monthly subject meetings to discuss curriculum gaps and suggest improvements. Represent the English department in school events and parent-teacher interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in English with a minimum of five years of teaching experience in primary English. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory; TET/CTET certification will be an added advantage.
Prior experience in preparing students for board examinations in junior classes is preferred. Familiarity with CBSE English syllabus for Classes I to V is essential.
NET or SET qualified candidates will be given preference during selection. Knowledge of local teaching methods and student psychology in Kota schools is desirable.
