Evs (PRT) Vacancy in Kota, Rajasthan
Decent School
Job Description
Institution Environment
Decent School sits in the heart of Kota, where the Chambal meets the culture of Rajasthan. The teaching team is small enough to know every child’s name and large enough to run science fairs, field trips, and parent workshops together. Teachers here swap lesson plans over chai in the staff room and walk to the local bazaar for real-life Evs examples with students.
Job Overview
A full-time PRT Evs Teacher vacancy is open at Decent School for someone who enjoys turning everyday surroundings into classrooms. You will plan weekly Evs activities, keep a neat portfolio of student projects, and maintain open communication with parents about outdoor explorations. One year of classroom experience is expected; B.Ed or D.El.Ed is required.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver weekly Evs lessons aligned with NCERT themes for grades 1–5.
Organize quarterly field visits—parks, water bodies, farms—within a 15-minute radius of the school.
Prepare low-cost teaching aids using local materials for topics like water conservation and waste segregation.
Conduct simple experiments on air, soil, and plants during regular class hours.
Maintain a visible learning corner where students display daily observations in notebooks.
Collaborate with the art teacher to create murals on environmental themes on school walls.
Attend fortnightly subject-group meetings to share student work samples and plan next themes.
Keep a WhatsApp group with parents, sharing weekly Evs activity photos and safety reminders.
Who Can Apply
Graduates with B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution may apply. Prior Evs teaching experience is welcome; one year of any primary classroom exposure suffices. TET/CTET is not mandatory for this position.
What You Get
Monthly salary ranges from Rs.12,000 to Rs.20,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Decent School also provides reimbursement for local travel during field visits and a set of basic teaching materials at the start of the year.
