PPRT (Physical Practical Training) EVS Teacher Position at Seedling Group of Schools, Girwa, Udaipur
Seedling Group of Schools in Girwa, Udaipur, seeks a dedicated PPRT EVS Teacher to integrate hands-on practical training with Environmental Studies (EVS) for students. This role focuses on ensuring students gain real-world skills alongside classroom learning, aligning with school’s focus on experiential education. The teacher will work closely with EVS curriculum to design and execute engaging, activity-based lessons.
Core responsibilities include conducting PPRT sessions—such as gardening, waste management, and community projects—under direct supervision. You’ll prepare students for practical assessments, ensuring they apply EVS concepts in structured, supervised environments. Daily classroom teaching of EVS topics remains a core duty, with emphasis on interactive methods to boost engagement.
Additional duties may involve assisting in school events like science fairs or eco-clubs, where EVS themes are central. Collaborating with other teachers to integrate PPRT elements into broader EVS programs is also part of the role. Maintaining records of student participation in PPRT activities is essential for tracking progress and reporting.
Qualifications: A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory. Three years of teaching experience in EVS or related subjects is required. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, having either certification will be an advantage.
