- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and critical thinking
- Develop and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to decision-making processes that impact Evs education at Saraswati Vidya Mandir
- Stay updated on the latest developments in Evs education and incorporate innovative methods and resources into teaching practices
- Supervise and guide junior teachers in their teaching roles, providing guidance and support as needed
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or a related field and a B.Ed. degree from a recognized institution. A minimum of three years of teaching experience in a school setting is required, with a preferable qualification of TET or CTET. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the state board's curriculum and a proven track record of teaching and mentoring students.
