A One Senior Secondary School | Udaipur is seeking an experienced TGT Sanskrit Teacher to join the Sanskrit department in the vibrant town of Girwa, Udaipur. This role is ideal for someone passionate about nurturing students’ cultural and linguistic roots through classical Sanskrit education. The TGT Sanskrit Teacher will be responsible for teaching Sanskrit to students in Classes IX to XII, ensuring a balanced blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application. The teacher should also prepare lesson plans that incorporate local cultural references, such as Rajasthan’s traditional art forms, to make learning relatable. Parent-teacher interactions will be minimal but important, particularly for students with strong academic interests in Sanskrit.
Department coordination will be limited but may include collaborating with other humanities teachers to integrate Sanskrit themes across subjects like history or social science. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Sanskrit grammar, an ability to simplify complex concepts for students, and a genuine enthusiasm for preserving India’s linguistic legacy.
Qualifications for this TGT Sanskrit Teacher position include a postgraduate degree in Sanskrit with a B.Ed/D.El.Ed qualification. While TET/CTET certification is preferred, it is not mandatory.
