Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Teach Art And Craft to students in the school’s PRT stream, preparing lesson plans that align with the curriculum and fostering creative expression. Conduct classroom activities that encourage practical skills and critical thinking, while maintaining a safe and organized learning environment. Assess student progress through projects and assignments, providing constructive feedback to support growth.
Additional Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating school exhibitions and art competitions, showcasing student work to the community. Participate in school assemblies or events that highlight artistic achievements. Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate visual arts into interdisciplinary projects when required.
Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline. B.Ed or D.El.Ed is preferred for teaching roles. TET/CTET not mandatory for this position.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Art And Craft or related creative subjects.
Compensation
Rs.12,000 – Rs.20,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
