- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned Physical Education programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Engage with parents and the community through sports events, workshops, and awareness programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a comprehensive Physical Education program that promotes student well-being and academic success.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote physical education and sports.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Physical Education and incorporate innovative teaching methods into the classroom.
- Provide guidance and support to students, parents, and colleagues as needed.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture.
Eligibility Criteria
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. with a specialization in Physical Education or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree in Physical Education or a related field ( desirable).
- 2 years of experience in teaching Physical Education at a school or institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and the community.
- Knowledge of local sports and physical activities is a plus.
