Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that align with the school curriculum, ensuring each topic is covered comprehensively.
- Assess student progress through oral tests, written assignments and periodic quizzes, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain a disciplined yet supportive classroom environment, encouraging participation and addressing individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with senior teachers and staff to organize cultural events, Hindi festivals and extracurricular activities that enhance language exposure.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is essential for teaching at the primary level.
- TET/CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum three years of teaching experience in Hindi, preferably in a school setting.
Salary
- Rs.18,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
