PGT Geography Teacher Position at Cs Academy, Coimbatore North
We seek a qualified and experienced Geography teacher to join Cs Academy in Coimbatore North. This role involves planning and delivering advanced-level Geography lessons, fostering critical thinking and geographic awareness among students. The successful candidate will contribute to curriculum development, engage in classroom instruction, and support students in understanding global and regional dynamics.
This position requires a postgraduate degree in Geography or a related field. With at least three years of teaching experience, the ideal candidate will have a strong command of geography concepts, including physical, human, and economic geography. The monthly salary for this role is Rs. 42,000 to Rs. 70,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The role will involve teaching Geography at the senior secondary level, ensuring alignment with school curriculum standards. Engagement with students, parents, and academic advisors will be part of daily responsibilities.
A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is preferred, though not mandatory for this position. Experience in shaping young minds through geography education will be highly valued. The role will also include assessment and evaluation tasks to measure student progress effectively.
