Collaborate with the Mathematics faculty to design interdisciplinary projects and extracurricular activities like math competitions or coding workshops. Stay updated on pedagogical trends and educational technology to enhance teaching effectiveness. Participate in school-level academic committees to review syllabi and curriculum improvements.
Qualification
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a postgraduate qualification in Mathematics. Possess a strong foundation in advanced mathematics, including calculus, linear algebra, and statistics, relevant to senior school curricula. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, experience in teaching these exams is highly beneficial for curriculum alignment.
Experience
Minimum of four years of teaching experience, preferably in a senior secondary school setting. Experience in guiding students through challenging mathematical concepts and preparing them for competitive exams like JEE or NEET is a plus. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and classroom management techniques is advantageous.
