What You Will Do

- Conduct board exam coaching for students to help them prepare for the Tamil Nadu State Board Exams.
- Lead the Tamil curriculum development team to ensure curriculum implementation in the school.
- Conduct regular progress review meetings with students, teachers, and parents to monitor the academic progress of students.
- Participate in staff meetings to discuss school policies, procedures, and curriculum matters.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and assessment results.
- Collaborate with other teachers to plan and implement co-curricular activities that promote the value of Tamil language and culture.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and cultural sensitivity.
- Supervise and mentor student teachers or trainee teachers to enhance their teaching skills.
Required Qualifications
A B.Ed degree is mandatory for this position. A D.El.Ed degree will be considered equivalent. Three years of teaching experience is a minimum requirement. Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared the CTET or TET exam. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
