Periodic Responsibilities
Attend workshops or training sessions to update teaching methods and economic knowledge. Collaborate with other subject teachers to integrate interdisciplinary learning in economics classes. Review and update teaching resources, including textbooks and digital materials, to reflect current academic standards.
To qualify for this role, a postgraduate degree in Economics or a related field is essential. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is mandatory. At least two years of teaching experience, preferably in Economics, is required. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly beneficial for career growth.
