Hold a postgraduate degree in Economics with a specialization in relevant areas. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree to qualify for teaching roles in schools. Four years of teaching experience, preferably in senior secondary education, is mandatory. Familiarity with TET/CTET guidelines is beneficial but not mandatory for this position.
