- Mentoring junior staff members to ensure effective teaching and learning practices.
- Ensuring excellent board results in Computer Science by providing guidance and support to teachers.
- Conducting workshops and training programs for teachers to enhance their Computer Science teaching skills.
- Maintaining accurate records of student performance and progress in Computer Science.
- Collaborating with other departments to integrate Computer Science with other subjects.
- Participating in school events and activities to promote Computer Science and technology awareness.
- Providing guidance and support to students in Computer Science projects and competitions.
- Staying updated with the latest developments in Computer Science and technology.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess:
- A post-graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A B.Ed degree with at least 5 years of teaching experience in Computer Science.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have qualified in NET or SET in Computer Science.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
