Prt Academic Coordinator Job in Hyderabad, Telangana | School Vacancy
Qualifications
Graduate degree required, with B.Ed or D.El.Ed preferred for understanding academic processes. Minimum five years of experience in school administration or academic coordination. Knowledge of state educational policies and familiarity with Telangana’s school system is essential. TET/CTET certification is advantageous but not mandatory. Salary offered is Rs.25,000 - Rs.40,000 per month.
Responsibilities
Lead the academic planning and execution for Brigade Public School’s curriculum delivery. Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment of teaching schedules, resource allocation, and assessment standards. Oversee the development and maintenance of academic calendars, examination protocols, and student progress tracking systems.
Manage faculty performance reviews, provide coaching on instructional strategies, and facilitate professional development workshops. Act as the primary liaison between the school administration and external regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
Implement data-driven initiatives to improve student outcomes, analyze academic metrics, and recommend interventions. Prepare detailed reports on academic performance for senior management and parent committees.
Maintain a collaborative environment, encouraging teamwork among staff and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Represent Brigade Public School at district meetings, conferences, and community events, promoting the institution’s academic excellence.
