Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver engaging physics lessons aligned with the Uttar Pradesh curriculum, ensuring clarity and depth in concepts like mechanics, electricity, and modern physics.
2. Prepare and maintain well-structured lesson plans, including practical demonstrations and experiments to enhance student understanding.
3. Assess students’ progress through regular exams, projects, and continuous evaluation, providing constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
4. Collaborate with the science department to organize inter-house science fairs, workshops, and extracurricular activities to encourage hands-on learning.
5. Maintain a clean, organized physics lab and ensure all safety protocols are followed during experiments and demonstrations.
6. Act as a mentor to students, guiding them in understanding complex physics principles and encouraging participation in science clubs or competitions.
7. Keep parents informed about student performance through regular parent-teacher meetings and updates on academic progress.
8. Stay updated on new educational trends and teaching methodologies in physics to continuously improve teaching effectiveness.
To qualify, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Physics along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. A minimum of four years of teaching experience in physics at the TGT level is preferred. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it will be highly advantageous for this role. The successful candidate will be based in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, with a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000.
