How You Will Teach

Key Responsibilities
Organize weekly Art And Craft classes for classes I to V with clear learning outcomes.
Prepare low-cost teaching aids from local materials to keep projects budget-friendly.
Assess student portfolios every term and provide written feedback on creativity and technique.
Coordinate with the school art lab to maintain supplies and storage systems.
Collaborate with subject teachers for cross-curricular art integration, like illustrating science concepts.
Arrange an annual art exhibition showcasing student work to parents and the community.
Document student progress through photo logs and short video clips for parent-teacher meetings.
Attend monthly department meetings to share ideas and refine the Art And Craft curriculum.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, or related field.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized institution.
Basic knowledge of child psychology and age-appropriate art methodologies.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in watercolors, sketching, origami, and papier-mâché.
Experience with classroom management during messy or group craft activities.
Familiarity with local art traditions of Uttarakhand for cultural integration.

Salary and Benefits
