Job Description
Candidate must hold a graduate degree plus B.Ed or D.El.Ed in Hindi and have a minimum of two years teaching experience in a school setting. While TET/CTET is not mandatory, possession of these certifications will be considered an advantage.
Role Overview
With the required qualifications, the teacher will be able to deliver the Hindi curriculum effectively to classes in Ramnagar, Nainital. Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver Hindi lessons in line with the Uttarakhand school board guidelines, using textbooks and supplementary resources.
- Create lesson plans, worksheets, and activity sheets that cater to diverse learning abilities and promote language proficiency.
- Conduct regular assessments, maintain records of student progress, and provide constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Manage classroom discipline, foster a respectful learning environment, and encourage participation in cultural and literary events.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership to integrate Hindi across interdisciplinary projects and school functions.
- Attend staff meetings, professional development workshops, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Hindi department.
Salary and Location
