Collaboration with other teachers and school management will be essential, particularly in planning interdisciplinary projects or extracurricular activities like debates or literary clubs.
As a TGT English teacher, your focus will be on core subjects like grammar, composition, literature, and language skills. You’ll use interactive methods—such as role-plays, discussions, and multimedia—to keep students engaged while reinforcing key concepts. For this position, a postgraduate degree in English or a related field is mandatory, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
