1. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum for English language instruction.
2. Conduct interactive classes covering grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and creative writing.
3. Assess student progress through continuous evaluation, quizzes, and assignments to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with other teachers to create a cohesive learning experience for students across different grades.
5. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and cultural exchange.
6. Prepare and update teaching materials, including worksheets, storybooks, and multimedia resources for classroom use.
7. Attend staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on teaching methodologies and educational trends.
8. Support students with special needs by adapting teaching strategies to ensure inclusive learning opportunities.
9. Organize extracurricular activities such as poetry recitals, debate clubs, or storytelling sessions to enhance language skills.
10. Ensure proper record-keeping of student attendance, grades, and academic performance for administrative purposes.
