Job Summary
Stone Ridge International School is looking for a dedicated TGT Physics Teacher in Udhamsingh Nagar, Uttarakhand to join its faculty in Rudarpur. The role involves delivering the Physics curriculum to secondary students and fostering a practical understanding of scientific concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom sessions for classes IX to XII, preparing lesson plans that align with the state syllabus and CBSE guidelines.
- Design and supervise laboratory experiments, ensuring safety and encouraging inquiry‑based learning.
- Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments and projects, providing timely feedback and remedial support where needed.
- Participate in school TGT Physics Teacher Vacancy in Udhamsingh Nagar activities such as parent‑teacher meetings, staff development workshops and inter‑school science fairs.
- Contribute to the Physics Teacher Recruitment in Uttarakhand drive by mentoring junior teachers and assisting in curriculum updates.
Qualifications and Experience
- Post‑graduate degree in Physics (M.Sc or equivalent) with B.Ed or D.El.Ed certification.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the TGT level in a recognized school.
- TET/CTET qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and familiarity with the local educational environment of Rudarpur, Udhamsingh Nagar.
Salary and Benefits
The position offers a monthly remuneration of Rs.22,000 - Rs.35,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include transport allowance, professional development support and access to the school’s modern science labs.
