What You Will Do
- Conduct campus tours and explain the school’s curriculum, facilities and extracurricular options.
- Respond to enquiries via phone, email and walk‑ins, providing accurate information about fees and admission dates.
- Verify and process application forms, documents and fee receipts with attention to detail.
- Maintain the admission database, generate regular reports and track conversion rates.
- Coordinate with the administration team to schedule interviews, entrance tests and parent meetings.
- Organise open‑house events and outreach programs in local communities.
- Resolve queries or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for families.
- Assist the principal in reviewing admission policies and suggesting improvements.
Required Qualifications
Must Have: Graduate degree from a recognized university, minimum 2 years experience in school admissions or related customer‑service role, good computer skills and fluency in Bengali and English.
Good to Have: Knowledge of TET/CTET processes, familiarity with local education boards, and experience using CRM software.
