Tsc Baid Academy is seeking a dedicated PRT Social Science Teacher to join its team in Madhupur. The role involves engaging students with dynamic lessons in history, geography, political science, and economics, ensuring a well-rounded social science curriculum.
You will plan and deliver engaging classroom lessons, aligning with the school’s syllabus while adapting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs. Daily lesson preparation, including worksheets, assignments, and interactive activities, will be part of your responsibilities. Assess student performance through regular tests, projects, and continuous evaluation to track progress. Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, fostering respect and participation among students. Collaborate with the principal and subject coordinators to refine teaching strategies and address curriculum gaps. Organize extracurricular activities like debates, model rallies, and field trips to enhance social awareness. Ensure compliance with school policies, attendance records, and disciplinary measures. Assist in organizing school events, including cultural fests and awareness campaigns, to promote community engagement. Keep updated with educational trends and teaching innovations to improve lesson effectiveness.
To qualify, you must hold a graduate degree in Social Science or a related field with at least three years of teaching experience. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, while TET/CTET certification is preferred. The successful candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
