PRT Mathematics Teacher Position at Dr. P.L. International School
Teach mathematics to students in classes I to VIII with a focus on conceptual clarity and problem-solving skills. Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum, ensuring engaging and interactive teaching methods. Assess student performance through regular tests, quizzes, and practical applications to reinforce learning.
Prepare and maintain well-organized class notes, worksheets, and exam papers to support teaching. Collaborate with the principal and faculty to address student learning gaps and improve academic outcomes. Use modern teaching tools like digital whiteboards, educational apps, and interactive boards to enhance classroom learning.
Ensure classroom discipline while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and teacher training workshops to stay updated on educational trends. Assist in organizing mathematics competitions, science fairs, and other academic events to encourage student participation.
Hold a graduate degree in Mathematics or a related field. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to qualify for the PRT position. Two years of teaching experience, preferably in mathematics or science, is required.
