Key Responsibilities
Prepare structured weekly lesson plans aligned with school music curriculum. Organize annual school events like Independence Day, Annual Day, and Founder’s Day performances. Conduct regular assessments of student progress in vocal and instrumental skills. Maintain discipline and safety during group singing and instrumental practice sessions. Collaborate with other PRTs to integrate music with subjects like EVS and Hindi. Prepare students for inter-school music competitions in Jharkhand. Document attendance, progress reports, and inventory of music instruments weekly.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification mandatory. Two years of teaching experience in primary music classes preferred. Knowledge of local folk and tribal music of Jharkhand is an added advantage. Fluency in Hindi and English is necessary.
Perks and Pay
Salary offered is Rs.15,000 to Rs.30,000 per month, negotiable for strong candidates. School holidays, medical reimbursement, and staff uniform provided. In-service training and curriculum support included.
