Eligibility
Must Have:
- A graduate degree in a relevant field (B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed., sports management, or equivalent).
- Experience in sports administration and leadership (minimum 2 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
Good to Have:
- Certification in sports coaching or management (UGC NET, SET, or equivalent).
- Experience in school sports administration.
- Knowledge of Jharkhand school sports regulations.
