Develop and administer formative and summative assessments, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
Create supplementary learning materials, including worksheets, problem sets, and visual aids to enhance conceptual understanding.
Mentor students for competitive exams such as JEE, NEET, and state board examinations, guiding them through advanced topics and exam strategies.
Maintain accurate attendance records, attendance logs, and student progress reports.
Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development workshops, and professional development sessions to stay current with pedagogical best practices.
Collaborate with co‑teachers to integrate interdisciplinary projects that apply mathematical concepts to real‑world scenarios.
Supervise and support student clubs and extracurricular activities related to mathematics and science.
Qualification
Post‑graduate degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. mandatory; TET/CTET preferred but not required.
Valid teaching certificate recognized by the state education board.
Experience
Minimum of four years of teaching experience at the secondary or higher secondary level, preferably in an English medium school.
Demonstrated ability to manage diverse classrooms and adapt teaching methods to varied learning styles.
Salary and Employment Type
Competitive salary ranging from Rs.40,000 to Rs.50,000 per month.
