Fluency in local languages and basic knowledge of regional music traditions is beneficial.
Proven leadership in creative and administrative tasks with a passion for arts education. Ability to inspire students and colleagues through enthusiasm and professionalism. Experience in budgeting and resource management for educational programs. Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of educational technology for virtual or hybrid music instruction is an asset.
