Daily responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans aligned with the state syllabus.
- Conduct interactive sessions using traditional texts and modern teaching aids.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
Regular responsibilities across the academic cycle
- Coordinate with senior teachers to integrate Sanskrit studies into interdisciplinary projects.
- Organise and supervise class activities, such as recitation and debate, to strengthen language skills.
- Participate in faculty meetings to discuss curriculum enhancements and student welfare.
- Update attendance and performance records accurately.
Periodic responsibilities
- Lead the annual Sanskrit examination and grading process.
- Facilitate parent‑teacher interactions during review meetings.
- Contribute to the annual school cultural program, highlighting Sanskrit heritage.
Qualification and experience
Post‑graduate degree in Sanskrit or related field required. B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory; TET/CTET preferred. Minimum 3 years teaching experience in a school setting.
Salary and location
Competitive salary ranging from Rs.20,000 to Rs.35,000 per month. Position based at Gokul Public School, Gola, Ramgarh, Jharkhand.
