Techno Convent Public School

When I first walked along Sagarmal Path in Sahibganj, I could see the need for a school that would give our children a solid grounding in English while staying rooted in the values of our community. That vision became Techno Convent Public School, a place where families from the banks of the Ganga to the nearby villages can send their children with confidence. From the very first day of nursery, we have aimed to create an environment where curiosity is welcomed and every child is encouraged to ask questions, whether they are learning the alphabet or tackling the complexities of physics.

Our school follows the CBSE curriculum, which provides a clear structure for learning from Kindergarten through Class 12. In the senior years we add focused preparation for competitive examinations such as JEE Main, JEE Advanced and NEET, because many of our students aspire to professional courses in engineering and medicine. The teaching staff is a mix of teachers who have spent years in government schools and those who have returned from higher studies abroad, so the classroom experience blends practical knowledge with the latest academic standards.

Beyond textbooks, we have a modest library stocked with both Indian and international titles, and a reliable internet connection that lets students explore beyond the four walls of the classroom. We believe that language opens doors, which is why we offer free French classes for our middle‑grade students, giving them a taste of a new culture and the confidence to communicate in another tongue. Sports, music and art are woven into the weekly schedule, ensuring that a child’s development is not limited to academic scores alone.

Our aim is simple: to give every child who walks through our gates—whether from the bustling market area near Dr. Ranvijay’s Clinic or from the quieter lanes of LC Road—a chance to discover his or her own strengths and to leave the school with the skills and determination needed to succeed in the world beyond Sahibganj. I am proud of the community we have built together, and I look forward to watching each new batch of students carry forward the spirit of learning that we cherish.
