Assist in inter-school literary competitions, elocution, and recitation
Encourage students to explore Bengali culture, history, and traditions
Maintain class discipline and ensure participatory learning
Attend staff meetings, orientation programs, and teacher-training workshops
Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum enhancement
4. Required Qualifications
Graduate
2 years of experience in teaching Bengali
CTET or State TET is Not Specified
5. Preferred Skills
Strong command over Bengali language and teaching methodologies
Warm, motivating, and student-centric approach
Classroom management and communication skills
Ability to integrate audio-visual tools in language teaching
