TGT Computer Science Teacher Position at Allen Career Institute, Mysuru
Teach Computer Science to high school students in grades 11 and 12 at Allen Career Institute, Mysuru. Develop engaging lesson plans that align with Karnataka’s syllabus while incorporating modern programming concepts like Python, Java, and web development.
Plan and execute practical projects, including coding assignments and lab work, to reinforce theoretical knowledge. Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and project evaluations using objective grading criteria.
Maintain a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration. Use interactive teaching methods, such as demonstrations, group discussions, and real-world case studies, to enhance learning outcomes.
Prepare and maintain updated teaching resources, including worksheets, slides, and digital learning materials. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve curriculum delivery.
Ensure compliance with school policies and maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Qualified candidates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree and four years of relevant teaching experience are required. A postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
