About This Role
Titan Public School is looking for a Dance Teacher to lead and manage its dance programs. The role involves designing curricula, organizing performances, and mentoring students to promote cultural awareness. This position requires strong organizational skills and a passion for fostering creativity in students.
Day-to-Day Duties
Plan and conduct daily dance practice sessions for students of all age groups.
Prepare monthly and annual performance schedules for school events.
Collaborate with the cultural committee to align dance activities with school goals.
Train students for inter-school competitions and annual day functions.
Maintain discipline and safety during rehearsals and performances.
Document student progress and provide feedback to parents periodically.
Coordinate with other departments to integrate dance into school festivals.
Ensure availability of necessary props and equipment for smooth operations.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
Graduate in any discipline with minimum 2 years of experience in dance training.
Proficiency in at least two dance forms such as Bharatanatyam, Kathak, or contemporary.
Familiarity with event coordination and student mentoring in school settings.
Good to Have
Experience in choreographing for school performances or competitions.
Knowledge of local dance traditions in Amravati or Maharashtra.
Any certification in dance education or related fields.

Salary and Benefits
