Role Summary

Eligibility
Must Have
Graduation degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of dance teaching experience in schools
Familiarity with primary school dance pedagogy
Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
Good to Have
B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification
Basic knowledge of Bharatanatyam, Kathak, or folk dance forms
Experience with inclusive dance practices for young learners
Preferred Skills
Ability to choreograph simple routines for young children
Skill in using music and movement to teach concepts like patterns and sequences
Patience to manage diverse skill levels in a classroom
Willingness to participate in school festivals and parent-teacher meetings
