Role Overview:
The Vice Principal will assist in operational planning, teacher performance management, and maintaining discipline across all grades.
Responsibilities:
Manage curriculum execution and teacher assessments.
Support the Principal in administrative duties.
Maintain smooth coordination between staff, parents, and management.
Lead co-curricular and cultural initiatives.
Requirements:
Post Graduate (Postgraduate in Education/Management).
At least 8 years of teaching or coordination experience.
