Collaborate with the school leadership to introduce innovative teaching methods such as digital labs or project-based learning.

Mentor TGT Physics teachers through classroom observations and constructive feedback sessions. Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, student performance, and departmental resources.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in Physics with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Minimum 5 years of teaching experience as a Physics teacher in secondary schools is required. TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in coaching students for board exams and Olympiads is a strong advantage. Familiarity with Maharashtra State Board syllabus and assessment patterns is essential. Knowledge of student-centered teaching approaches will be considered during selection.
