Crescent High School & Junior College | Pune seeks an experienced Dance Teacher to lead its dance program in Haveli, Pune, Maharastra. The position is full‑time and focuses on administrative leadership and program development.
1. Design and manage the college’s dance curriculum, ensuring alignment with institutional standards.
2. Coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources for dance events and performances.
3. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and professional development within the dance department.
4. Build partnerships with local cultural organizations and arrange guest workshops.
5. Monitor compliance with safety regulations and maintain documentation for all dance activities.
6. Serve as the primary liaison between the college administration and the dance community.
The candidate should hold a graduate degree, possess a minimum of three years’ experience in dance administration, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. A postgraduate qualification in dance or a related field is preferred.
Salary ranges from Rs.30,000 to Rs.40,000 per month.
