PPRT (Physical Practical and Reasoning Test) EVS Teacher Position at The Academy School, Pune
The Academy School in Haveli, Pune, seeks a dedicated PPRT EVS Teacher to integrate hands-on environmental science activities into the curriculum. This role focuses on preparing students for competitive exams like PPRT, ensuring they grasp practical concepts through experiments, field studies, and interactive learning.
You will design and conduct EVS lessons that align with school syllabi while emphasizing problem-solving and critical thinking. Daily classroom instruction will include live demonstrations, resource-based activities, and assessment-based tasks to reinforce learning outcomes.
A graduate with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is essential, with a preference for candidates who have cleared TET/CTET exams. Three years of teaching experience, preferably in EVS or science-related subjects, will be highly valued.
Teaching responsibilities also include mentoring students for PPRT exams, offering mock tests, and reviewing their performance to identify strengths and areas needing improvement. Your ability to engage students with innovative EVS projects—such as waste management, renewable energy experiments, or biodiversity studies—will be critical.
