Primary Duties

Pay Structure
Basic salary: Rs. 35,000 per month
House rent allowance (HRA): Rs. 7,000 per month
Dearness allowance (DA): Rs. 3,500 per month

Daily Tasks
1. Plan lessons for two Physics classes (grades 9 and 10) with clear objectives.
2. Conduct experiments on mechanics, electricity, and optics using lab equipment.
3. Grade assignments and provide feedback within 48 hours.
4. Hold doubt-clearing sessions twice a week during designated hours.
5. Prepare monthly progress reports and share with parents.
6. Organize a monthly science club activity or quiz competition.
7. Attend weekly department meetings to discuss curriculum and student performance.
8. Supervise mid-day meal distribution and ensure hygiene standards.
9. Participate in PTM every alternate month and document feedback.
10. Submit lesson plans and attendance registers to the principal by Friday each week.
