Role Overview
The role involves delivering Physics lessons to classes 9 to 12, preparing instructional materials, and assessing student performance. The teacher will also participate in curriculum planning and school events.
Teaching Responsibilities
Design lesson plans aligned with the state curriculum and state board guidelines.
Use a mix of classroom instruction, demonstrations, and laboratory work to explain concepts.
Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and safety protocols.
Assess students through quizzes, assignments, and examinations.
Student Development
Identify learning gaps and provide additional support through remedial sessions.
Encourage critical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress reports.
Collaboration and Professional Development

Attend faculty meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on teaching methods.
Administrative Duties
Prepare reports on student performance for school management.
Contribute to the development of school policies related to academic standards.
Additional Responsibilities
