Design and conduct experiments, demonstrations, and field studies to enhance learning. Collaborate with the science faculty to integrate interdisciplinary approaches, such as environmental studies or biotechnology.
Assess student performance through continuous evaluation, including projects, lab reports, and periodic tests. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and problem-solving skills.
Maintain a well-organized biology lab, ensuring all equipment is functional and safe for use. Participate in school events, such as science fairs, competitions, and parent-teacher meetings, to promote academic excellence.
The successful candidate will hold a postgraduate degree in Biology or a related field. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory, along with at least two years of teaching experience. The salary for this role is Rs.17,000 to Rs.30,000 per month.
