Pedagogy and Tools
As a Pgt Academic Coordinator Hindi Teacher, you will be expected to stay updated with the latest pedagogy and tools in Hindi teaching. You will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to the learning needs of students. You will also be expected to utilize technology-enhanced teaching tools to create interactive and immersive learning experiences.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans for Hindi classes aligned with the curriculum and pedagogical approaches
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to track student progress and identify areas of improvement
- Provide individualized attention and support to students who require additional help
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement interdisciplinary projects and activities
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and empathy among students
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians through regular progress reports and parent-teacher meetings
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated with best practices in Hindi teaching
- Develop and implement strategies to promote literacy and language skills among students
- Foster a love for Hindi literature and culture among students through engaging activities and events
Required Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in Hindi or a related field (M.A. in Hindi or equivalent)
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed. or D.El.Ed.)
- Valid CTET/ TET certificate (preferable but not mandatory)
- 3 years of experience in teaching Hindi in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of Hindi language, literature, and culture
