Role Summary

Delhi Public School - Nalco, a pioneering school in Angul, Odisha, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced TGT Odia Teacher to join its faculty. As a TGT Odia Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Odia language to students from classes VI to X. You will be expected to use modern tools and techniques to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.

How You Will Teach

As a TGT Odia Teacher at Delhi Public School - Nalco, you will be using smart boards, Google Classroom, and Learning Management System (LMS) to create a blended learning experience for students. You will be expected to design and deliver lessons that incorporate technology, multimedia, and interactive activities to make learning fun and engaging. Our school uses technology to facilitate learning, and we expect our teachers to be proficient in using digital tools to enhance student learning outcomes.

Day-to-Day Duties

As a TGT Odia Teacher, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Preparing and delivering lessons on Odia language and literature
- Using digital tools to create engaging lessons and activities
- Assessing student progress and providing feedback
- Participating in school-wide events and activities
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
- Maintaining student records and progress reports
- Participating in professional development programs to upgrade teaching skills
- Integrating technology to enhance student learning outcomes
- Maintaining discipline and order in the classroom

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for this position, you must have:
- A post-graduate degree in Odia or a related field
- A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in Odia language
- A strong understanding of the Odia curriculum and syllabus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with colleagues

Salary and Benefits
