Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students of classes VI to X
- Prepare lesson plans and assessments to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Use various teaching strategies to promote student engagement and participation
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the Mathematics curriculum
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in professional development workshops and training programs
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the school administration
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must have a strong academic background and a passion for teaching Mathematics. A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field is required. A B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is also essential. Teaching experience of at least two years is preferred. Familiarity with the Odisha TET or CTET is not necessary.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a salary of Rs.15,500 - Rs.25,000 per month. Additional benefits include:
