- Develop and implement phonics and storytelling sessions that promote early literacy and numeracy skills.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between lessons and activities.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate effectively with parents about student progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver Mathematics-related activities and events.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field (B.Ed or equivalent preferred).
- Two years of experience in teaching Mathematics in a nursery or kindergarten setting.
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics concepts and pedagogy for nursery and kindergarten students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues and parents.
- Familiarity with local academic practices and expectations in Odisha.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with NTT Mathematics teaching methods and materials.
- Knowledge of phonics and storytelling programs for early learners.
- Familiarity with activity-based teaching methods and playful learning approaches.
