About This Role

6. Develop and implement new teaching methods and materials to improve student engagement and academic performance.

8. Provide guidance and support to junior teachers and non-teaching staff.
9. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results.
Eligibility
Must Have:
- Post-graduate degree in mathematics (M.Sc) or mathematics education (M.A.)
- B.Ed degree from a recognized university
- NET or SET certification (preferably in mathematics)
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in a secondary school setting
- TET and CTET certification is not required
Good to Have:
- M.Ed degree or higher in mathematics education
- Experience in teaching mathematics to senior secondary students
- Familiarity with the Odisha state board curriculum and examination system
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of mathematics and mathematics education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
- Familiarity with the Odisha state board curriculum and examination system
- Fluency in Odia language is a plus, though not mandatory
Salary and Benefits
* Salary: Rs.40,000 - Rs.70,000 per month
