Abs Oxford International School | Niali is looking for an experienced educational leader to head its campus in Niali, Cuttack, Odisha. The role involves overall management of school operations, academic standards, and community relations, reporting directly to the board of directors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and ensure implementation of the school’s vision and policies. Oversee day‑to‑day administration, including finance, facilities, admissions, and human resources. Lead curriculum planning and assessment processes while maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies. Foster a safe, inclusive environment for students, staff, and parents. Build strong links with local community, education authorities, and alumni. Drive continuous improvement through data‑driven decision making and regular performance reviews.
Required Experience & Qualification
A minimum of seven years in senior school administration or comparable leadership roles is essential. Candidates must hold a postgraduate qualification, preferably a Master’s degree in Education, Management or a related field. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory for this non‑teaching position, a solid understanding of school accreditation standards is expected. Proven track record in budgeting, staff development, and stakeholder engagement is required.
Salary & Benefits
The position offers a monthly remuneration of Rs.90,000 – Rs.150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include accommodation allowance, medical coverage, and professional development support.
