7. Maintain accurate records of attendance, visitor logs, and daily incidents in the hostel register.
8. Collaborate with school administration to implement hostel policies and disciplinary measures.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must possess a diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution. Prior experience in hostel management or residential care is preferred. Basic computer knowledge including MS Office is essential for maintaining digital records.
Preferred Skills
Experience in student counseling or mentoring is a strong advantage. Familiarity with local languages including Odia and Hindi will aid in communication with students and parents. A calm, firm, and approachable personality is necessary to manage diverse student needs effectively.
What You Get
