Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated TGT Social Science Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a postgraduate degree in Social Science or a related field. Prior teaching experience of at least 2 years is required. While a Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) certification is not mandatory, it will be considered a plus.

- Student performance improvement in Social Science by at least 15% in annual assessments.

Performance Expectations:
1. Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan and deliver lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and the National Curriculum Framework.
- Ensure 100% coverage of the prescribed syllabus for each academic term.
- Incorporate interactive and experiential learning activities to enhance student engagement.
2. Student Assessment:
- Conduct regular assessments including quizzes, projects, and term-end examinations.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their learning and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
3. Classroom Management:
- Establish and enforce clear rules and expectations for student behavior.
- Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and respects diversity.
- Address behavioral issues promptly and fairly.
4. Professional Development:
- Participate in at least two professional development workshops or training sessions per year.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in Social Science education.
- Share best practices and resources with colleagues.
5. Parent and Community Engagement:
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and behavior.
- Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.

Pay Structure:

Salary and Compensation:
- Base Salary: INR 3,50,000 to INR 4,50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
